Report on Ordinance To 18 of 1883.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance being An Ordinance for amending the Tramways Ordinance, 1883, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the provisions of the Instructions to the Governor.
This Ordinance amends the recently passed Tramway's Ordinance in accordance with the suggestions contained in the Secretary of State's despatch No. 168 of the 15th Aug. 1883.
